List of Documents for Application Review

Minimum documentation to be attached to the application/request form addressed to Helvetian Guarantee Institute LTD. (hereinafter the “Company”) in order to allow a preliminary review of the application by the Management in Chiasso:

SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP:

  • Identity document or passport of the business owner
  • Latest tax return or tax assessment notice
  • Certificate from the Companies Register or Chamber of Commerce
  • Documentation relating to the product requested from the Company

PARTNERSHIP / COMPANY:

  • Identity document or passport of the legal representative
  • Latest approved financial statements, including all annexes, or latest tax return or tax assessment notice
  • Certificate from the Companies Register or Chamber of Commerce
  • Documentation relating to the product requested from the Company

Important Notice:

During the review process, the Company’s Management in Chiasso may request additional documentation via fax or email.

Applicants are therefore advised, when submitting the application/request form, to include any and all supporting documentation demonstrating the technical, financial, economic and indemnification capacity of both:

  • the applicant company, and
  • any third parties involved in the successful outcome of the application process.
