Notice on External Professionals

Helvetian Guarantee Institute reserves the unquestionable right to appoint professionals (or professional firms) located in the country where the counterparty has its registered office or domicile, for the handling and resolution of the dispute, both in the out-of-court phase and in the judicial phase.

In such case, Helvetian Guarantee Institute shall notify the counterparty, in the forms and manner provided for by the contract and/or applicable law, of the details of such professionals before whom the matter will be handled.

The costs of such additional service, limited exclusively to the out-of-court phase, shall be borne solely by Helvetian Guarantee Institute.
