Notice on Communications and Service of Documents

Whereas Helvetian Guarantee Institute has, for some time, established various postal addresses in both EU and non-EU countries where its corporate clients are located and operate, for the purpose of expediting and reducing the cost of the transmission of hard-copy documentation (of an administrative, accounting and commercial nature) by local collaborators, professionals, consultants, agents and introducers, it is hereby clarified that such postal addresses may under no circumstances be used as if they were a legal domicile.

Accordingly, any official notifications and communications from clients or counterparties (or their representatives) must be made exclusively by registered mail (or by telegram where contractually provided) or, where necessary, through international judicial or diplomatic procedures, and must be addressed solely and mandatorily to the registered office of Helvetian Guarantee Institute, located at:

Via Livio 14 – Grassi Building, 6830, Chiasso, Switzerland.

It is therefore reiterated that all communications or notifications addressed to Helvetian Guarantee Institute, in order to be considered valid, must be made exclusively by registered letter or by appropriate judicial and/or diplomatic service, addressed to the registered office of the Institute. at the above-mentioned address.
